The Red Balloon was established in West Palm Beach, FL in November 1977 by Pat Snayd and remains under the same ownership to this day. It began as a small idea, but 33 plus years later, Pat is considered a pioneer in this industry in Palm Beach County.Starting as a Children’s Shop, hence the name Red Balloon, the shop has expanded to include Ladies, Juniors, Plus, Mens, Maternity, Household Accessories and a Line of New Accessories, Jewelry and Clothing.In 2010, seeing the need and growth in the Western Communities, the Red Balloon opened a second location in Wellington, FL at the Koboskos Crossing Shopping Center. This second location, featuring only Ladies, Juniors, Plus and Mens items doubled its size in November 2010, just a little over one year after opening. We believe that the key to our success over the long haul has been due to a combination of first, and foremost, our fabulous consignors and our dedicated customers who come back time and time again...We so appreciate you!!
